The location sits conveniently inside an apartment complex. The bar offers late-night food delivery for those snack needs after a long day.
Received two rooms instead of the booked one, and both lacked windows. The lockout experience with neighbors attempting to access the room was unsettling, contributing to a poor night's sleep. Cleanliness issues surfaced after only one mini-cleaning during a ten-day stay, and Wi-Fi was virtually non-functional throughout the visit.

Loved the cozy Standard Twin Room! Super close to the main train station, just a 5-min walk. A mini fridge would've been nice, but the bathroom and kitchen amenities were on point 😊

I stayed in a Double Room without Window for 1 night and loved it! The location was a major plus, just a quick three-minute walk from the train station. I was blown away by the restaurant's selection. I enjoyed both Ukrainian and Western dishes at reasonable prices!

I almost thought about giving a good review but then i remembered they charged us for a fine we didn't deserve, and the wifi was practically non-existent. It's funny how the hallways are like labyrinths. I expected at least a complimentary bottle of water for all the inconveniences, but clearly that was too much to ask.

I found everything perfect, totally recommend it to all. This location was good, just off the bus stations and the metro stations, the capital of Ukraine, and wolking distance to Metro. Had nice dainties at Daily Cafe, located close to the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay with our large breed dog, and the close proximity to Holosiivskyi Park was fantastic for long walks. The conveniences, such as late-night food delivery and the well-maintained kitchen.
My wife says that there could be more family-friendly activities offered.
